As kiddos, Melissa Mickelson and Jessica Stellwagen started their own lemonade stand. Fast forward to five years ago, the duo opened their second business together: Bodify, a CoolSculpting business. “For as long as we can remember, we wanted to own a business together,” says Stellwagen. “We had no clue it would eventually be a fat-freezing empire with thousands of happier and more confident clients.” CoolSculpting is a non-invasive fat-reduction and body-contouring technology; Bodify has grown to become one of the top four providers in the world. “It's incredibly rewarding to know that because of our work [clients] will feel better in their own skin, which good, bad, right or wrong, inevitably makes them contribute to the world in bigger and better ways,” Stellwagen says. In the next year, not only do the sisters plan to open their third location, but they are also eager for a new launch: CoolTone by CoolSculpting. “We are excited to let our clients take themselves even further by boosting muscle definition on their abs, butt and thighs,” Mickelson says.
