The date for one of the most anticipated fall charity events has been announced. On Friday, Nov. 3, the Brophy College Preparatory Mothers’ Guild and Neiman Marcus will host the annual Brophy Fashion Show with proceeds exclusively benefiting the Brophy Financial Aid Fund. This year’s event, entitled “Set the World on Fire” will take place at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and feature the fashions of Monique Lhuillier, presented by Neiman Marcus and the designer herself. Lhuillier even donated a ball gown to be raffled at the event.

The Salvation Army is looking for volunteers this holiday season to be bell ringers at the Army’s famous Red Kettles, a program that was first developed in 1891. Vote Now: Shannon Goldwater Up for Humanitarian Award
Congrats to Shannon Goldwater, the founder of Feeding Matters, a Valley-based nonprofit that focuses on "furthering advances in pediatric feeding disorders by accelerating identification, igniting research,and promoting collaborative care for children and families." Goldwater is among four national finalists in the running to receive the NASCAR Foundation's illustrious Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award.
The winner of the Betty Jane France award is determined by public vote and receives $100,000 for his or her organization.
