Why did you start Tweeting?
To have access to people I wouldn't normally have access to. Before Twitter went mainstream, early adopters were pretty few and most were somehow involved in my industry. A couple of years ago, I met a magazine editor in NYC who writes specifically about CRM (Customer Relationship Management software). The last time I was in NYC visiting my client - a CRM company - I made a meaningful connection between the two. Since the communication had begun informal, in a forum like Twitter, it was as though we were all long-time friends sharing beers. It's been a great relationship for all.

Where do you Tweet from?
Events, the office, restaurants, feet up at home or a friend's house.



What do you never Tweet about?
Anything hateful, too personal or too ‘me, me, me.’ Check out http://tweetingtoohard.com for stuff you should never Tweet about - hilarious!



What Tweet has garnered the most response?
Cardinals are delivering #gocards! Would be nice if Howie Long updated his 'do' and what's up with the pastel pocket squares on these guys?
