I love to Tweet when I have made a great food find. I always include a photo as well. I also enjoy Tweeting during our @scoodah Vespa Club trips coupled with photos of the ride.

Favorite person to follow?
Chanelle Richardson (@iamchanelle) because she Tweets all the time, but is always fun–lots of food, life and art-related Tweets, plus she changes her avatar frequently and uses emotion icons liberally.

Why did you start Tweeting?
I like technical things, I like to talk, and I like meeting new people. Twitter seemed like an ideal way to participate in things I already enjoy.

Where do you Tweet from?
I Tweet from everywhere: ships, trains, subways, restaurants, home. Literally everywhere.

What do you never Tweet about?
I do not Tweet about my wife because, while she is very social and loves people, she enjoys her privacy.

What Tweet has garnered the most response?
When I ask people what restaurant we should choose for dinner, I am swamped with suggestions. People love food and they love to share their opinions. Especially if I mention a specific food, the opinions flow. This helps me make a good choice. I do DM valued foodies for specific advice.

Strangest place you've Tweeted from?
The Eiffel Tower, but I Tweet from many restrooms here and abroad.

How do you choose who you follow?
They have to be interesting. This means they need an avatar, Tweet unique material, no junk mail (how to make money on Twitter), don’t Tweet too much or too little, and not just a Retweeter.

iPhone or BlackBerry?
Both, sort of. My BlackBerry is the main way, but I use my iTouch (not phone) when I have wireless Internet access.
