Lex on the Beach: Change of Perspective

I went for a walk on the beach today. On a chilly January afternoon, I kicked off my shoes and let the cold sand fill the spaces between my toes. As I looked out toward a crystal clear ocean made of glass, a feeling of contentment washed over me. Totally happy to be in that moment, alive, and healthy.
