Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Raises More Than $700,000
More than 7,500 walkers lit the night sky for cancer cures, raising more than $700,000 at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 17th Annual Greater Phoenix Light the Night Walk on Sat., Nov. 7 at Phoenix Municipal Stadium.

Through Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, Santa HQ spreads holiday cheer to guests of all ages with a 21st century immersive journey that features state-of-the-art digital technology. Evergreen Development announced today that it recently purchased, and will soon break ground on Litchfield Marketplace, a 20.9-acre retail development at the northeast corner of Camelback and Litchfield Roads in Litchfield Park.

Free Classes at The School of Ballet Arizona
The School of Ballet Arizona’s is offering free Adult Drop-In Ballet classes from Nov. 5 to Nov. 8.
Open to teens age 14 and up and adults of all ages, this program is a great way to experience dance training, stay in shape, and have fun. Three levels of ballet classes are offered: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Dress for comfort—ballet slippers (tights and leotards recommended).

Performers Announced for 2016 Coors Light Birds Nest
One of everyone's favorite components of the ever-popular Waste Management Phoenix Open is the entertainment-packed Coors Light Birds Nest--and the 2016 lineup has just been announced. Country artists Rascal Flatts ad Dierks Bentley and R&B artist Robin Thicke will take the stage at the popular Waste Management Phoenix Open entertainment venue. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster (800.745.3000, www.ticketmaster.com) and at all Ticketmaster outlet locations. The headline act for Saturday, Feb. 6 will be announced at a later date.
