Best AZ Cities for Love
Ooh la la! The world's largest online dating site, Plenty of Fish, has compressed internal data to uncover which United States cities provide the best opportunity for finding love on the Web. Turns out, of all Arizona cities, Glendale, Mesa and Chandler provide the shot at love for singles, according to an online study of more than 2 million singles across the nation.
Women living in Glendale have the highest percentage of successful relationships from the Web, while Mesa and Chandler are the best cities for single men.

Re-Opening of The Inspirador
After closing abruptly in the spring--and leaving many Valley brides without a venue--the iconic Downtown Chandler events venue, The Inspirador, will re-open under new ownership. Katherine Christensen & Associates, an East-Valley based, family-owned and -operated event planning business, and Christensen's daughter, Megan, will re-open the venue as SoHo63.
The family has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and event planning business; SoHo63 is now the fourth venture in their event-planning empire. The family hopes to "maintain the integrity of the hip and historic nature" of the venue, which was initially built as a hardware store in 1916. www.soho63.com.
Dinner and a Movie Redefined by Valley Pizzeria

Grimaldi's at DC Ranch is taking "dinner and a movie" to a whole new level this Saturday, July 27. Although this is typically a date night activity, the popular Valley pizzeria is inviting the whole family out for a night of fun with live music, snacks and a screening of Disney Pixar's "Brave."
