Tomorrow: Fundraiser for Phoenix Children's Hospital
Refresh Glass, a local business that up-cycles wine bottles into functional glassware and art, is hosting a “refreshing hour” tomorrow, August 21, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Postino's Winecafe in Arcadia. The event will benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. At the Refreshing Hour, Ray DelMuro, the owner of Refresh Glass, will be selling a signature Refresh Glass product for $10, which also includes a signature drink. Auditions for The Nutcracker Announced
On Saturday, August 24, Arizona Dance Artistry and Phoenix Youth Ballet Theatre are having open, free auditions for the holiday season's production of The Nutcracker. (Kids don't need to be enrolled at the studio to be a part of this performance.)
Boys and girls aged 7 and up are invited to join the cast of dancers for the professional production of the holiday classic, The Nutcracker Suite.
