Their small group show "Moments of Color" examines color, reflecting upon the artists inclusion or omission of it within their work. Aiming to explore how these artists reflect upon the effects color creates within both the artist and viewer when experiencing their artwork. This show focuses on the importance of color and how the artists application of it connects with a wide audience.

Royse Contemporary small group exhibition offers an eclectic collection of work by six noteworthy artists including: Cherie Buck-Hutchison, Nigel Clouse, Charmagne Coe, Gennaro Garcia, Daniel Shepherd, and Onna Voellmer. Selecting an eclectic collection of work with artists working in an array of mediums including painting, drawing, photography and mixed media. While curating their current exhibition “Moments of Color”, Curator Nicole Royse, was inspired by artist Wassily Kandinsky work and quote “Color provokes a psychic vibration.

Color hides a power still unknown but real, which acts on every part of the human body”. Selecting a striking variety of work, highlighting the featured artist's vibrancy, distinctive voice and vitality that she feels truly captivates viewers and creates a dialogue about the importance of color within art.

This is the final week to see the work featured in "Moments of Color". Royse Contemporary is located at 7077 E. Main Street #6, Scottsdale (located on the south side of Main Street just west of Marshall Way). Royse Contemporary summer hours are Thursday 6:00 to 9:00pm and Saturday 11:00pm to 4:00pm and always available by appointment.
