With the crazy schedules most of us keep during the fall months—work events, kids’ soccer games, PTA meetings, volunteer obligations - sometimes it can be difficult to stick to an exercise regimen. If you’re one of the many whose workout routines are slacking this autumn, head to the University of Arizona campus this Sunday, Oct. 4, for the Jim Click Run ’N’ Roll 8K and 2-Mile Fun Run.

Gadabout SalonSpas Announce Contest Winners

Tucson’s Gadabout SalonSpas sure have come a long way since 1979. To celebrate their 30-year anniversary, Gadabout held the “Gadagirls” contest, the winners of which were recently announced after months of selections and voting. Not only did they find three lucky ladies to represent the Gadabout brand, but three well-deserving community organizations will benefit from the results as well.

Tucson Turns 234: Birthday Events & Giveaways

Tucson may be a smaller city when compared to its northern neighbor, but its unmatched color and personality have made it a desert favorite and well-known border city. "The Old Pueblo” is home to the revered University of Arizona, the beautiful Catalina Foothills, the eccentric 4th Avenue and is the second largest city in Arizona. Its residents are proud and patriotic and have gathered together to pay homage to their great city’s birthday, taking place on August 20, with fun-filled events and free giveaways. Long live Tucson!
