HomeFeaturesPublisher's Letter › Michael Dee's Message: Things are changing in our Valley, and I like it!

Last month, we celebrated our first-ever Best Of Our Valley party, and the support from our community was tremendous. We had local business owners, CEOs, agencies, models, general managers and readers, along with fans. One thing everyone had in common is that they are all huge supporters of Arizona Foothills Magazine and what we do - and we want to thank everyone. We do love what we do. We turn 13 this May, and we plan on printing this publication for many more years to come.

AZFoothills.com is an extension of our magazine, and it comes alive each and every day with the latest on local gossip, fashion, food, travel and the people who make this the best place to live. If you have not checked it out, please do - you will become a regular.

Next, we’ve been meeting many new faces who are running for United States Congress and Senate.

It is time that we really make a difference, and I am finally doing it. I am out meeting both parties, all saying they will make change happen. It seems we have great business leaders willing to make a move to represent us. AZFoothills.com will be updated with photos as our cameras follow some of the top contenders. If you have not met Mayor Vernon Parker of Paradise Valley (he’s running for U.S. Congress), you will want to meet him. He is open, honest and knows what needs to be done. We will post updates on our weekly e-newsletter. (You can sign up for it on our homepage.)

Check out AZFoothills.com for daily updates and see the people who move our Valley.

All the best!
