Family Tea at the Irish Cultural Center

Whether your family is of Irish descent or you’re just interested in learning more about the culture, enjoy tea, lemonade and treats at the Irish Cultural Center this Sunday at 1 p.m. Tickets cost $5 per seat and can be purchased online. Live entertainment will be provided by the Arizona Colleen and Rose Court.

“It’s Your Turn – Color!” at The Heard Museum

After viewing “Color Riot! How Color Changed Navajo Textiles,” head to the exhibit’s interactive, kid-friendly gallery to experiment with color and pattern. During the educational experience, participants will pick one color and follow it through all seven activities. The gallery will be open through Sept. 2 and general admission costs $18 for adults and $7.50 for children. For more information, check out the Heard Museum website.

Pioneer Living History Museum

Experience the authentic Wild West on the 90 acres of the Pioneer Living History Museum in North Phoenix. The 19th century-era town features a mix of accurately reconstructed buildings and original structures, including the cabin that survived Arizona’s bloodiest range war. The museum is open from 7 to 11 a.m. and tickets cost $10 for adults and $8 for children.
