During his performance last night at Jobing.com arena in Glendale, “Bieber Fever” hit pop star sensation Justin Bieber spilled his guts out on stage, literally. He jokingly blamed it on it drinking too much…milk that is.

Fans stood in shock as Bieber gripped his mouth and ran off stage mid-song during, “Out of Town Girl.” The loyal and confused backup dancers continued their routines with the song still playing and a track of back up vocals added.

As the first tour date of Bieber’s new “Believe" tour Glendale, Ariz. fans continued to cheer the ill singer even after he ran off stage. Fans screamed, “feel better Justin,” and “we still love you!”

He returned on stage shortly after the mishap and apologized to his idolizing fans. He looked out into the crowd asking, “Will you love me even though I’m throwing up on stage?” in which the adoring crowd cheered on.

Bieber Tweeted after the concert, “Great show. Getting better for tomorrow’s show!!!! Love u”

Then later adding, “And…. Milk was a bad choice! Lol”
