Filled with fun challenges, this scavenger hunt honored the birthday boy’s favorite food, mushrooms, and, of course, embarrassed all of his favorite friends.

Imaginative Invite
Following the party’s treasure hunt theme, the invitation was a map, created by The Paper Place. If a professional invitation is not in your budget, it is just as easy to copy a map and add some small but significant detail that gives a hint of the theme. For our invite, it was the small mushroom under the magnifying glass. The invite read, “Here, there and all around the town a treasure hunt is going down for Riley’s 14th birthday. Stretch your sleuthing powers while we search for clues. Be prepared for a pit stop to fuel on Riley’s favorite birthday food and be the eagle-eye who finds the prize.”
