Race your way to the cure in October! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To support the cause, locally owned and operated Octane Raceway will put the pedal to the metal throughout the month to support the American Cancer Society.

From Oct. 1-31, racers can purchase a pink head sock to wear under their race helmet for $2. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society's breast cancer research. 

Octane Raceway's 1/3 mile indoor-outdoor go kart facility features karts that go up to 45 MPH alongside virtual reality gaming and arcade games.
