Delta Dental of Arizona Foundation will host its annual Golf4Smiles Tournament to raise funds to help fight the number one chronic disease in children: tooth decay. 

Golfers can choose between a 2-man or 4-man scramble with sponsored holes by Arizona sports teams, including Arizona State University, the Diamondbacks, Phoenix Coyotes and Phoenix Suns. Golfers will have the opportunity to participate in a 50/50 raffle, in which the winner will be chosen by a hot air balloon golf ball drop.

The tournament will take place on Friday, May 10, at 7 a.m., with an awards luncheon at its conclusion. The tournament will be held at Grayhawk Golf Club, located at 8620 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy Scottsdale, AZ 85255. For more information, visit www.golf4smiles.org.
