Coconut's Fish Cafe, founded in Kihei, Hawaii, has announced its expansion to the mainland. Up first? Scottsdale. Coconut's will open April 4 at 16640 N. Scottsdale Rd., Suite 103. The award-winning restaurant (including a near-perfect score from Zagat) will focus on healthy eats made from scratch in a family-friendly atmosphere that includes surf board tables.

“I’m excited about the new location and the new opportunity,” says Coconut’s founder, Mike Phillips, in a press release. “It’s a chance for us to bring our food, Hawaiian fish and the Aloha Spirit to the great people of Scottsdale.” http://www.coconutsfishcafe.com/.
