WaveMaster Steve Richardson demonstrates the FlowRider
The FlowRider at Westin Kierland is officially ready for summer and ready for you! This on-location wave provides riders with a realistic surf and/or body board experience right in Scottsdale! Aside from being the first one of its kind at ANY resort in America, this wave features temperature controlled water as well as it's very own "Wave Master", Steve Richardson. The Kierland FlowRider is also the official launch spot for the FLOW Tour which kicks off on May 31st, 2013!
Open exclusively to hotel guests, the FlowRider gives guests the options to flow board or body board. Riders must be at least 42" to body board on the FlowRider, and must be at least 52" to flow board. As this attraction is quickly becoming one of the hottest attractions The Westin Kierland has to offer guests, reservations are highly recommended to secure the opportunity to brave the wave.
