The Scottsdale Pavilions will welcome new tenants this year, including Burlington Coat Factory and Buffalo Wild Wings. 

Burlington Coat Factory, occupying 50,000 square feet of space will open Fall 2013 next to Discount Tire.  Burlington Coat Factory is a national leading off-price retailer with over 500 stores in 44 states and Puerto Rico, offering brag-worthy brand name merchandise for the entire family and the home with up to 65 percent off department store prices every day. Departments include ladies’ dresses, suits, sportswear, juniors, accessories, menswear, family footwear and children’s clothing. It also includes an assortment of furniture and accessories for baby at Baby Depot, home décor and gifts, along with the largest selection of coats in the nation for the entire family. 

Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar will be the first ground-up restaurant built in the former north lake area adjacent to Indian Bend Road, west of Petco.  The restaurant's menu features a variety of boldly flavored, made-to-order menu items including it's namesake, Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings.  The restaurant is slated to open Spring 2013.
