Time to dust off your running shoes and start your stretches because we have an event that you won't want to miss being a part of. The 2013 P.F. Chang's Rock-n-Roll Arizona Marathon and 1/2 Marathon announced the Ronan thompson Foundation as an official charity. Ro-lovers are flocking to this marathon and 1/2 marathon, set to take place on January 20, 2013, in support of raising funds for a new children's hospital in Phoenix.
Registration is $165 and The Ronan Thompson Foundation is asking each runner to raise $1,000 through a customizable fundraising page, which makes fundraising hassle free. "Virtual runners" are also encouraged to register through the Ronan Thompson Foundation and participiate in the fun(draising) without the run.
Now is the time to get a head start on your new year's resolution and encourage co-workes, friends and families to register as well. We look forward to seeing you out there!
