Lordy lordy, look who's 40! McCormick Ranch is celebrating its 40th anniversary as the first and premier master- planned community in Scottsdale. If you're a resident or retailer in the Ranch, you're invited to celebrate.

On September 22nd from 9 am-2 pm at hte MRPOA Office (9248 N 94th St [North of Via Linda] Scottsdale, AZ 85258), McCormick Ranch will host an open house commemorating the Ranch’s history and share an inside look into how exactly the community began. Come see the historical time line, hear Mayor Lane give a proclamation at 11 am, share in all the memories and join in the celebration!
