Posh Improvisational Cuisine in Old Town Scottsdale is offering a summer discount program so everyone can stay local and eat global. It's called the Summer Passport Program. You can buy the Passport at Posh or Singleton Moms for $5. All proceeds from the Passport will be donated to Singleton Moms. The Passport offers a discount on a 4 course meal, $35 or $50 with wine pairing. Each passport has every letter of the alphabet on it. Each different type of food you try gets you more points. For example, “C” you will get three points each for trying cod, crab and caviar for a total of 9 points. The Passport is valid until September 14th. The Passports with the most points will win prizes. After Sept. 14th, either mail or bring your Passport into Posh and see if you are the big winner.
