On Friday, June 22nd SASSI is hosting a complimentary Wedding Open House for newly engaged couples. Guests are invited to
experience the romance of SASSI and learn about new wedding trends. Event activities will include:
- Samplings of “comfort foods” and late night snack ideas including ricotta fritters with powdered sugar, vanilla gelato and mint milkshakes served in shot glasses, rosemary potato wedges with garlic aioli and pannette arancini with pancetta and Parmigianino (Sassi’s version of macaroni and cheese)
- Samplings of signature, colorful, cocktail ideas including the tangerine mojito, blushing bride martini and limoncello martini
- Samplings of wedding cake and gelato
- Samplings of wine and sparkling Prosecco
- Samplings of pasta, caprese skewers, gold mashed potatoes with short rib gravy, and melon with mint and crispy pancetta passed on silver spoons by Executive Chef, Christopher Nicosia
- Tours of SASSI including the reception room decorated in vintage with blush pink and mint; and tangerine, yellow and bright pink
- Tours of the ceremony site
- Meetings with vendors including florists, linen specialists photographers, and invitation designers
