The Phoenix Suns are trading their posts from the courts to the runways... and no we don’t mean fashion runways, airline runways! This Tuesday, February 21st starting at 1p.m. some of the Phoenix Suns players will surprise Sky Harbor Airport travelers and pretend to be Southwest Airline employees. Their jobs will be to take boarding passes, make boarding announcements and marshal in planes as they astound unsuspecting passengers.
The Phoenix Suns will proudly celebrate their longtime partnership with their Official Airline, Southwest Airlines. The players who will trade jerseys for employee suits will be Josh Childress, Jared Dudley, Grant Hill, Robin Lopez, Markieff Morris, Ronnie Price, Sebastian Telfair and Hakim Warrick. Also to join the party, the iconic mascot The Gorilla and members of the Suns Dancers and Solar Squad will also be there to give away Suns memorabilia.
