We just got news that Scottsdale is scheduled to have its first "Eco-Resort" community, capitalizing on Scottsdale extraordinary natural environment. The Eco-resort is planned to be adjacent to Scottsdale's 36,000 acre McDowell Sonoran Preserve. We look forward to seeing what is they come up with!
