For local Chef Silvana Salcido Esparza, owner of top Valley favorite, Barrio Cafe, 2011 will go out with a bang! She will be debuting Barrio Queen at SouthBridge in Scottsdale on December 26. This new hot spot is a not only a restaurant, but a bakery and tequileria. 

Don't worry, the menu will remain delicioso with Esparza's familiar touch. 

New Year's Eve, Esparza will launch Silvana, an independent restaurant with a brand new collection of dishes sure to impress.
