Scottsdale tech company Jawa, founded by Jason Hope, filed an Amended Complaint today against Verizon Wireless in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. This new filing cites evidence of attempted fraud by Verizon Wireless.

The court filings point out that Jawa has conducted business with Verizon Wireless for more than four years, during which time Verizon Wireless received more than $30,000,000 in fees from Jawa. They also shed light on the "extensive, comprehensive, and sometimes abusive" audits Verizon has conducted on Jawa's products and process.
