In case you hadn't heard (where have you been?) radio superstar Johnjay Van Es took the title of Top Twitterer in the March 2011 Best Of Our Valley contest. Even cooler, Van Es got the most votes of all nominees this year, so he'll appear on the March 2011 cover. Drumroll, please...

Fun Facts about this year's cover:

* Johnjay Van Es was sick with the flu the day of his cover. You can't tell, can you? Our stylist, photographer and Art Director are just that good.

* Aside from the Face of Foothills Model Search, this is the only time Arizona Foothills has featured a contest winner on the cover the magazine.

* The cover of the 2011 March issue was shot at the Ritz-Carlton. All clothing are from Saks Fifth Avenue.

* Men don't sell covers the way the ladies do, so they AFM typically doesn't feature them. The last man featured on a cover of Arizona Foothills was Amare Stoudemire in November of 2005:
