One Handsome Bastard, Old Town Scottsdale’s first and only micro-distillery, is making waves with a new initiative: donating 10 percent of all vodka sales to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® (LLS). This commitment is part of LLS’s Give for More Life campaign, aimed at advancing research and supporting patients affected by blood cancer.

This announcement aligns with a major milestone for the local, family-owned brand - its debut on Safeway shelves, specifically at the 32551 N. Scottsdale Road location. To celebrate, One Handsome Bastard will host a public bottle signing and tasting event at the store on Saturday, August 2, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

“This partnership with LLS is deeply meaningful to our family,” said founders Trish and Bren Ritchie, a mother-daughter team who launched the brand in honor of their late husband and father. “We’re proud to support an organization that brings hope and healing to so many, and we’re equally grateful to the Scottsdale community for helping us reach this milestone.”

Crafted in collaboration with Blue Clover Spirits, One Handsome Bastard is known for its small-batch, corn-based, gluten-free gin and vodka, produced entirely on-site at its distillery at 7042 E. Indian School Road. The company remains rooted in local craftsmanship and community-driven values.
