Gonzalez’s artwork not only serves as a motivation for him to keep on going despite the hardships in his life, but it also gives him an outlet. It’s a stress reliver for him. He is able to focus on the task at hand and forget about everything else.

Although, the struggles that Gonzalez has been through have been rough, he continues to use his artistic power for good by volunteering for event fundraisers for  young people.

“The last four years have been so difficult, but through my artwork I hope to encourage people to follow their dreams.” Gonzalez says. “I’m trying proof that if I can make it, anyone can.”
