MummyYocumYocum enjoys taking his audience on a ride inside his whimsical, unique and sometimes weird world with a fresh perspective on printmaking, design, and painting. Working with bright colors and heavy lines he creates his work with a bit of humor or satire in mind such as with his great monoprint titled “Break Up Mix”. Currently the artist favors creating screen-printed monoprints that are bold, colorful, slightly abstracted and satirical. His latest work centers around two styles “the cartoonish character work like with Mummy…Mummy…Mummy and the more sketched, painterly subjects like with Wright?.”
