Meet Debbie, a one-year-old female Pit Bull Terrier and Labrador Retriever mix with a heart full of love to give. She was surrendered to the Arizona Humane Society through no fault of her own due to her previous owner's health issues. Debbie arrived at the shelter appearing healthy and accompanied by two small dog friends. Despite the upheaval in her life, Debbie remains a shy yet social and sweet girl, ready to bond with her new forever family.

Her story serves as an important reminder for pet owners to have a solid plan for their pets' care in unforeseen circumstances, as friends or family may not always be able to assist.
