Easter Week, April 18 to 24, is just around the corner. This year The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain is setting out to make it a memorable holiday with a bevy of events and incentives all week long.


The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain says its holiday highlights will include Easter Brunch at Cayton’s Restaurant, Easter Dinner at CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar, Thursday-through-Saturday evening sushi and live entertainment in Ignite Lobby Lounge, Friday evening Cowboy Barbecue Buffet and a variety of family-friendly activities throughout the week.

Throughout Easter Week, patrons of the resort will Save 15% all week on The Dove Mountain Body Wrap Slim and Detox at The Ritz-Carlton Spa.

For kiddies and kiddies at heart, a Jelly Bean Counting Competition will be held in the lobby all week with the winner to be announced Saturday, April 23 at 4:30 p.m.

Children’s Easter Egg Hunt at Brisa Lawn (hotel guests only) 8:30 a.m. sharp

Easter la Carte Brunch and Dessert Buffet at Cayton’s Restaurant 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Adults $65, children under 12 years of age $25, plus beverage, tax and gratuity

A generous selection of starters and la carte main courses is followed by an irresistible dessert buffet. Entre choices include Smoked Salmon Benedict, Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Lobster Frittata, Espresso-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin, Honey-Glazed Ham, Grilled Citrus-Herb Shrimp Skewers, and Artichoke Quiche.

A three- or four-course la carte selection of seasonal favorites is highlighted by an entre choice of Bay of Fundy Salmon with Asparagus-Tomato Salad and Grilled Corn Polenta; Roasted Petaluma Chicken Breast with Smoked Fava Bean-Ricotta Pure, Roasted Baby Carrots and Fennel; or Grilled Filet of Beef with Garlic-Almond Haricots Verts and Celery Root Gratin.
