The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain will celebrate Valentine’s weekend with a special weekend overnight package and a romantic Valentine’s menu offered at the resort’s CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar on Saturday, February 12, Sunday, February 13 and Monday, February 14.
The CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar Valentine’s Dinner is priced at $75 per person for three courses ($105 per person with wine pairings) or $85 per person for four courses ($125 with wine pairings). The Valentine’s menu will be offered from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on February 12, 13 and 14 and will supplement a limited la carte menu also available on those evenings. Complementing the CORE Valentine’s experience, The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain will offer a romantic Chocolate Buffet and Valentine’s Champagne Bar, both presented in Ignite Lobby Lounge beginning at 7 p.m. on February 12, 13 and 14. Available at $12 per person, the decadent Chocolate Buffet tasting experience features Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries, Chocolate Pot de Crme, Assorted Chocolate Truffles, Chocolate Fondue, Coconut Chocolate Ganache Cake, Chocolate Madeline, and Mexican Hot Chocolate.
A special Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain overnight package is also offered over Valentine’s weekend, with a one-night stay and three-course Valentine’s dinner priced from $359 per couple. The Ritz-Carlton Valentine’s Package includes deluxe accommodations and dinner for two at CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar (excluding tax, gratuity and beverages).
