The play takes place before Dorothy leaves Kansas for Munchkinland when two girls meet in the land of Oz. One, born with green skin, is intelligent yet misunderstood. The musical follows the story of the two girls becoming the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good in the ever-popular Wizard of Oz.
