The Tucson Symphony Orchestra opened for its 85th season on Friday at the Tucson Music Hall. A Russian-themed performance consisting of three musical pieces, TSO dazzled audience members with a night of elegance and stunning song.

Architecture Powerhouses Join Forces for Tucson Home Tour with a Difference

This is the inside of a chapel designed by Paolo Soleri that will only be viewable to the public at Sunday's Home Tour and Soleri.

In a first for Tucson, two powerhouses in architecture have joined together in a city-wide home tour to showcase some unique properties. The American Institute of Architects' (AIA) Southern Arizona Chapter and Tucson Historic Preservation Foundation, organizers of Tucson Modernism Week, will join forces on Sunday October 6, 2013 to celebrate a selection of architectural gems, from historic homes to fine examples of urban infill and affordable housing.

Connected Warrior Project Heals Veterans Through Yoga

Strengthening the mind, body, and soul are three things that we strive to do every day. One tool that can help us achieve all three is practicing Yoga. The spiritual and physical benefits of yoga can be a very useful tool for managing short and long term stress. In the last few years, yoga programs for military veterans, which were mere impossible to come across; have now sprouted up all throughout the country. Connected Warriors, which is a national nonprofit organization, believes that the practice of yoga can be quite powerful in helping war vets overcome the stresses and injuries they endured.
