HomeTucsonDining › Tucson Originals Mother’s Day Meals

Unless you’re making mom an elaborate, home-made breakfast in bed this Mother’s Day (didn’t think so), you’ll want to treat her to nice meal—and one that she doesn’t have to cook herself. Luckily, Tucson Originals—a group of prominent, local and independent Tucson restaurants—have made it easy on us by offering up endless specials and options for the holiday. You can’t go wrong with any of these local eateries—here are a few of the highlights.

Maynard’s Market and Kitchen
Maynard’s Market will offer an original, extensive brunch menu featuring their special
“Eggs à la Maynards,” which translates to poached eggs with prosciutto di parma,
crispy pork belly and Neuske’s bacon on an Engligh muffin and topped off with
hollandaise. If you’ve been resisting your sweet tooth lately, give in for the special
day and order Maynard’s French Toast stuffed with strawberry crème anglaise.

eatery, know that it is the sister restaurant of the beloved VinTabla, and therefore you
can’t go wrong. Brunch will feature numerous à la carte menu items, while
dinner—served from 5-9 p.m.—will offer all regular menu items in addition to their
prime rib special for $18 where you’ll chow down on a salad, 8 oz. prime rib, baked
potato and a vegetable. www.dovemountaingrill.com.

delicious fare, and this Mother’s Day is no different. In addition to their regular items,
Sunday’s menu at Pastiche will feature Mother’s Day specials ranging from traditional to
creative—think Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, smoked salmon quiche with Asiago
and Swiss cheese, Prosciutto wrapped Red Bird® chicken breast and much more.

be offered in addition to their regular menu, including your choice of Quiche Lorraine
or Tuscan Quiche with roasted red potatoes, fresh fruit, peach cobbler for dessert and
a mimosa or orange juice. While you’re at it, be sure to pick up a gift for mom from
