The location of Tucson’s now defunct Pearl Night Club has been turned into Lindy’s at Redline Sports Grill.

Tucson’s very own Lindon Reilly, has found himself in the middle of the most innovative new concept in town. Lindy’s at Redline Sports Grill will offer a hot-rod themed super playground for adults and kids alike. The new establishment will feature 3,500 square feet of high powered décor, a game room that’s like nothing that’s been seen before, 47 flat screen televisions, and an innovative menu prepared with nothing but the finest, and sometimes fried, ingredients.

Lindy’s at Redline offers the most mouthwatering menu items in Tucson. The menu features sandwiches, wings, hot dogs, burgers and salads, all uniquely named to fit the sports grill’s hot-rod theme and created with only the highest quality ingredients. Lindy’s right-hand kitchen man for the new establishment is none other than super chef, Joel Harrington, formerly the opening Chef de Cuisine for two Ritz Carlton locations.

Lindy’s at Redline offers unbeatable prices. The menu offers fantastic meals under $10.00 and drinks at rock bottom pricing. The cocktail menu features a specialty drink complementing each menu item and prepared with the finest liquors and sometimes very unique garnishes.

The staff consists of primarily University of Arizona students, as well as some well-known bartending faces from throughout Tucson. The employees of Lindy’s at Redline are trained to ensure you have great food, excellent service and to provide a fun environment. We strive for excellence in both the kitchen and through our customer service.

Lindy’s at Redline Sports Grill was officially opened Thursday, March 3.

For those who enjoy the night life scene, watch for the opening of RPM nightclub located adjacent to Lindy’s at Redline Sports Grill, coming in the end of March, 2011.
