After 2 years without Spring Training, Scottsdale-based integrated marketing agency The James Agency celebrated the return of Major League Baseball to the Valley by spreading joy on the streets of Old Town Scottsdale. The Nice Scream Truck gave out ice cream treats and compliments to fans, tourists and locals near Scottsdale Stadium.
