Oct. 23, 2018. As construction finishes up a select group of attendees got a look at what the new Ocean 44 restaurant will look like. Ocean 44 will have a contemporary design and a "slight coastal" feel to it. The space will feature more intimate areas rather than one vast room, plus a prominent bar.
