In an exciting edge-of-your-seat season opener, 12,477 fans cheered as the Arizona Rattlers came out victorious over the Sioux Falls Storm, 39-33, at Talking Stick Resort Arena in downtown Phoenix. The Storm is the Rattlers' chief rival in the Indoor Football League since the Rattlers dethroned them last year in the United Bowl Championship.
