Nov. 18, 2017. The Preliminary Competition at Mesa Arts Center began in search of the most qualified contestants who will represent the state of Arizona in both the 2018 Miss USA, and the Miss Teen USA in the coming months. Winners will also be ambassadors and role models at state festivities, charity events, and local businesses.
