Apr. 28, 2017. Guests sampled a range of Moët Chandon champagnes and chef’s unique spins on fried chicken, as well as whiskey cocktails from Jade Bar’s own Eddie Aces. AZ participating chefs included Justin Beckett of Southern Rail, Cullen Campbell of Crudo & Okra, Stephen Jones of The Larder & The Delta, Jeremy Pacheco of Lon’s, and Gio Osso of Virtu. Birds and Bubbles was hosted by celebrity chef Todd English, and friends Lindsay Autry of the Regional Kitchen & Public House in Palm Beach, Florida, and Clay Conley of Buccan & Grotto in Palm Beach, Florida. Music by D. Vincent Williams and the Nashville All Stars.
