Sep. 12, 2014. An exclusive dining event benefiting the James Beard Foundation at Royal Palms Resort & Spa. The reception offered bites from five top local chefs, and dinner was prepared by Taste America All-Star Chef Sherry Yard (Los Angeles, CA), Helms Bakery; Chef Kevin Binkley (Binkley's Restaurant) and Host Chef Paul McCabe(T. Cooks). Local James Beard Award winners were on hand, and Robert McGrath was MC. The James Beard Foundation is proud to donate a portion of the evening's proceeds to the Taste America Scholarship Fund for culinary students.
