Eight's Centennial Cooking Celebration Show with host Barbara Fenzel on PBS. In-studio taping of some of the best chefs in the Southwest at Eight. Eight chefs prepared signature dishes from a new Arizona Centennial-themed cookbook before a live studio audience. The cookbook is titled "100 Years, 100 Recipes, 100 Chefs". The show will air Tuesday, November 27 at 7 pm on PBS Eight HD, with repeats airing on Eight Life (8.2 or Cox 80).
