Fashion's Night Out celebrated its 4th birthday Wednesday with nearly two dozen countries worldwide and more than 4,000 cities and shopping venues across the country all celebrating one day of personal style! The Scottsdale Quarter shops offered entertainment, collection previews, fashion shows and shopping!
