One of nine cats and kittens that were found abandoned at the Arizona Humane Society’s Sunnyslope Campus, Heaven is hoping to find her true forever home soon. At just a year old, this gorgeous Calico is looking to offer a lifetime of endless cuddles and unconditional love to someone who is willing to give that to her in return.

Heaven’s story unfortunately is not a rare occurrence as the state’s largest animal welfare organization is no stranger to stories of pets who have been left behind by those who are supposed to give them a safe space. With more than 12,000 calls that the Arizona Humane Society’s Field Team responds to for pets in distress or in cruelty situations, this sweet but shy kitty is a perfect example of a life saved thanks to the community’s support.
