But if you prefer a paramedic, track down Tim Knobbe at the Stop Rock & Roll Music Festival.

“My dad, three uncles, and two cousins are all firefighters,” said Phoenix Paramedic, Tim Knobbe.

Yep, firefighting runs in his blood.

The 27 year old is a Valley-guy who went from St. Mary’s High to Arizona State University.

After graduating college, he joined Rescue 13 as a Phoenix Paramedic, working once every three days—24-hours on, and 48-hours off.

Knobbe says his colleagues are like a second family because they’re together one-third of the year.  In fact, the guys even take turns doing the chores…including cooking.  And if you make it past date #1, perhaps this paramedic will prepare you his specialty.

“I like making meatloaf and spaghetti,” said Knobbe.

Gotta love a guy that cooks.

He also enjoys hiking, biking, and hanging with friends, and if you happen to swoon over this sweetheart, you’ll have to fit his strict criteria.

“She has to be smart, career driven, funny, and outgoing.”

Knobbe is also quite the do-gooder; teaching underprivileged kids how to swim.

It’s just another example of the extracurricular community service our firefighters are involved in…

That’s why you need to check out the Stop Rock & Roll Music Festival, fully supporting our sexy Samaritans.
