10th Annual Chandler Chuck Wagon Cook-off at Tumbleweed Ranch

Spend Friday night indulging in historic cuisine. From 6 to 10 p.m., Tumbleweed Ranch will host chuck wagons as cooks whip up food using methods popular to the Western trails of the 1800’s. In addition to historic cuisine, expect dancing, barbecue and live music from local country band, Rhondavous. General admission tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door. Fountain Hills Festival of Arts and Crafts at Avenue of the Fountains

From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., one of the Southwest’s largest art events will return. Free to attend, the Fountain Hills Festival of Arts and Crafts features nearly 500 artisans showcasing jewelry, sculptures, paintings, clothing and much more. While supporting local artists, guests can also enjoy family meals, live music and even get a head start on Christmas by choosing from unique holiday-themed ornament art.

Do not miss opening night of Canal Convergence’s, Water + Art + Light show. From 4 to 10 p.m., the Canal Convergence will host events like Traditional Native song and dance performances, artist talks, fire shows, a screen-printing workshop, tours and much more.
