Home Features AZ Giving 22nd Annual Toy Drive for Foster Kids Shifts to Drive-Thru

Arizona Helping Hands is bringing foster kids to hope for the holidays with its 22nd annual Fill Santa’s Sleigh holiday toy drive on Tuesday, December 8th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at its facility in Phoenix.

The holiday season is one of the best times of the year full of joy, giving, and family. But for children in foster care, these times can be very difficult, especially this year, with being separated from their biological family, new traditions and not knowing if they’ll have a present to unwrap.

To ensure social distancing, this year’s event will be a festive drive-thru for the whole family that includes Santa, lights, and holiday entertainment. Guests can bring unwrapped children’s toys to donate and help bring joy to kids in foster care statewide. The event is free and open to the public.
